How We Work

Every Partnership Forge engagement follows the same four-phase framework - Rigorous in its structure, flexible in its application. We adapt the depth and pace of each phase to your maturity, your urgency, and your internal bandwidth. A focused sprint might compress the first two phases into four weeks. A full-programme build might extend all four across two quarters, the framework doesn't change  - only the cadence does.
